A Safe Place to Be Yourself
Healing begins the moment we feel safe enough to be truly seen.
My hope is that every person who comes to therapy with me experiences exactly that a calm, compassionate space where nothing needs to be hidden, explained away or carried alone.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, self-doubt or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, our work begins by meeting you exactly where you are.

Before Anything, I am Human Too
My journey into therapy didn’t begin with textbooks or qualifications.
It began with people.
With listening.
With being endlessly curious about why we carry certain stories, why some experiences stay with us, and how healing becomes possible when we finally feel safe enough to explore them.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside people facing grief, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and life’s quieter disappointments: the experiences that often remain unseen but shape the way we move through the world.
Those conversations continue to remind me that healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about gently finding your way back to yourself.

Therapy Should Never Feel Rushed
I believe meaningful therapy happens through relationship, not routine.
Every person arrives with their own story, their own pace and their own way of making sense of the world. For that reason, I don’t believe in forcing people into fixed programmes or predetermined timelines.
Instead, I meet each person where they are, allowing the work to unfold naturally with care, patience and curiosity.

Some conversations are about healing old wounds.

Others are about rediscovering joy, confidence and hope.

Both are equally important

As our sessions come to an end, I often leave clients with what I like to call a little “happy homework”—small invitations to reconnect with inspiration, delight and the parts of themselves that may have been forgotten along the way.

Gentle. Thoughtful. Personal.
My work combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with deep listening, intuition and genuine human connection.
Together, we explore the beliefs, experiences and emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
There is no judgement.
No pressure to have all the answers.
Only a safe, confidential space where we can understand what has brought you here and gently begin creating lasting change together.

Every therapy journey is tailored to the individual because every person deserves to be met with compassion, not assumptions.

Living Between Worlds
Having lived across different cultures throughout my life, I understand what it feels like to live between worlds.
Born from Anglo-Indian and English heritage, shaped by life in the United States and London, and now calling Mexico home, I’ve experienced the complexity of belonging, identity and change from many different perspectives.
That experience allows me to connect deeply with people who may feel out of place, disconnected or uncertain about where they belong.
Sometimes healing begins simply by being understood.

Professional Experience You Can Trust
Alongside many years of therapeutic practice, I continue to invest in professional development to ensure my clients receive thoughtful, ethical and evidence-based support.

If You’re Ready, I’d Be Honored to Walk Alongside You.
